Basic Marinade
Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar (or red wine)
2 Tablespoons tomato sauce
Garlic Powder to Taste
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Salt
Black Pepper to taste
Method:
Combine ingredients and use as a glaze for beef, pork or chicken. Alternatively, you can place the marinade in a bowl, and add the chicken, beef, pork to the marinade for up to 4 hours prior to cooking. This will enhance the flavour of the food that you are cooking, and bring a truly incredible taste to your food.
