Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons peanut oil
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon Rice wine
1 1/2 Teaspoon corn starch
Method:
Heat wok over medium heat, add oil and garlic.
Stirfry for 14 seconds and add remaining ingredients. Fry for about one minute or until sauce thickens, add to your chicken or beef dish!
