Bran Muffins
Ingredients:
2 cups of bran
1 ¼ cups of skimmed milk
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of flour
½ cup of molasses
¼ cup of polenta
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Mix all of the ingredients together until just combined.
Pour into lightly greased muffin tins, about 2/3rds full.
Bake for 25 minutes.
