Butterscotch Pudding
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 egg yolk
3 Tablespoons Plain flour
1 cup milk
3 Tablespoons Cold Water
2 Tablespoons butter
Salt
Vanilla Essence
Method:
Put all ingredients into a saucepan and mix together.
Add to heat, and stir until the mixture thickens.
Pour into prepared dessert bowls or even a baked pastry shell.
Beat the white of the egg with a little sugar until stiff - spread on top of pudding.
Place in oven to brown.
To serve, grate some chocolate over top.
