2 eggs
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions (shallots)
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup slightly browned chopped bacon
1 sandwich ziplock bag
1 pot of boiling water
Method:
First fill a saucepan with water and set on the stovetop to boil.
Next, if you haven't lightly fried your chopped bacon, do it next.
Break two eggs into a bowl, and beat with a fork.
Pour the eggs into a ziplock bag.
Add your fried bacon, grated cheese and finely chopped spring onions to the bag.
Close the bag, being careful to let the air escape.
Using either a clothes peg or a bulldog clip, attach the bag holding the mixture to a wooden spoon.
Once the water in the saucepan is bubbling/boiling, balance the wooden spoon across the top of the saucepan so that the ziplock bag is suspended in the boiling water.
Boil for 15 minutes, and then carefully open the ziplock bag and slide the Omelette onto your plate.
