This beautiful glossy Parsley Sauce is perfect to serve with pached fish, baked, ham, poultry or with braised or boiled vegetables such as celery, leeks and broad beans.
3 Tablespoons finely chopped parsley
250ml thin
Bechamel Sauce
Method:
Add parsley to thin Bechamel sauce, just before serving.
