1 can of Pumpkin
1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 9in. deep dish pie shell (you can also make the crust from scratch)
Mix all ingredients until well blended, pour into pie shell. Bake at 425* for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350* and bake for 45 minutes. The center should be slightly bubbly when checking the center with a toothpick and toothpick comes out clean. Cool until bottom of pie pan is completely cooled.
